I offer a free 20 minute telephone or video consultation to all new clients.

This gives the opportunity to briefly discuss what may be bothering you and to ask any questions about the process, before committing to therapy.

Please note, without a free consultation I may not be able to start paid therapy with you, as I want to confirm you are in the right place and speaking with the correct therapist.

I am currently only seeing clients online. All online sessions are facilitated by Doxy.Me, a video calling platform.

Online sessions can be helpful as you can have therapy from the comfort of your own home. 

Please note, there may be circumstances where online sessions are not suitable, you may prefer face-to-face, have little privacy at home, or as a therapist I may decide that in-person therapy would be more suitable.

£55 per 50 minute session for individual therapy.

£70 per 50 minute session for relationship therapy (couple/poly).

I may have capacity to offer a lower rate for those on a lower income/unemployed, please enquire.

I do not increase fees for existing clients on a standard rate. For lower rate clients, I ask that if their financial circumstances improve, they consider if they can pay at the standard rate. This is so I can continue to offer lower rate sessions to those that need it.
